Court Kote Waterborne Wood Floor Finish W/Cross-Linker Satin 2-2.5 gal is formulated with polyurethane for outstanding durability and performance. Made for use on interior hardwood floors including maple, oak, pine, and parquet. This clear finish is specially designed to produce a deep, low sheen film. It beautifies and protects the surface from abrasion, scuffing, marring, food spills, and repeated cleaning. Higher in solids content than typical waterborne finishes. This product is also low in odor and VOC, non-flammable, simple to apply, and cleans up easily with soap and water. Its quick drying characteristics allow multiple coats to be applied in a single day. In addition, it is ideal for gymnasiums, racquetball courts, offices, and showroom floors. Also on woodwork, railings, steps, and floors around the home. Coverage: 400 to 600 sq.ft.(bare wood) 500 to 700 sq.ft. (recoat/refinish). Application Method: Lambs Wool Applicator, T-Bar (light weight), nylon or foam brush or spray. Clean-up: Soap and water.
