Defi-Rust Oil Base Metal Primer Off White 2-1 gal. is a rust-inhibitive metal primer for interior or exterior use. Direct to metal application. Excellent corrosion resistance. May be top-coated with latex or oil base finish.  Recommended for most interior or exterior iron and steel surfaces. Ideal metal primer for Defi-Rust Enamels. Not intended to be used as a finish coat. Not for use on galvanized metal.  Do not mix with water or other paint products. Dry times: Tack Free 4 hours. To Re-coat 12 hours. Hard 48 hours. Coverage: 400 to 450 sq.ft. per gallon (Depending upon the porosity of the substrate).
